Honeoye Falls, N.Y. (WROC-TV) – To say things have been tough for Army Veteran Joey Hernandez, would be an understatement.

“Joined the army at 20, 7 deployments, lots of friends who are dead, I almost died, got out. Depression, PTSD, not having a vehicle, stuck at the house, no job. Wanting to succeed but really the world coming down on you,” Hernandez says.
